I met Frank Campione when he invited me to perform my one man show for his high schoolers in Hamilton, N.J. Frank had a very successful career in labor law and as a management consultant in the public and private sectors. 10 years ago he decided to retire and enter the next phase of his life as an Italian Language teacher. Well, the children of Hamilton, NJ couldn’t be luckier! Just check out the photos below and you will see how Frank transformed his classroom in to an Italian Cafe complete with espresso bar, murals and posters of great Italian artists, musicians and scientists. (You can click on the photos to see them bigger) Frank also cleaned up the over grown courtyard of the HS and created a fountain, bocce court, and seating area. It is beautiful! What an inspiration this man is. Frank has more enthusiasm and energy than most men half his age. He is a tribute to our community and I am proud to know him.
